Rogo Acquires Arvo: The AI Meeting Assistant for Financial Institutions

Today, we’re announcing that Rogo has acquired Arvo, the AI meeting assistant built for financial institutions.

Bankers and investors spend much of their day in meetings, but note-taking and follow ups are still largely manual. Generic AI note-takers cannot clear the compliance bar institutional finance requires. Arvo was built from the ground up alongside financial professionals and regulatory experts, with configurable controls for retention, meeting restrictions, sensitive content, disclaimers, administrative oversight, and more. Beyond compliance, Arvo is purpose-built for finance workflows, with finance-specific terminology recognition, templates, and integrations with industry-specific systems of record.

Today, Arvo is deployed globally across blue-chip financial institutions, and has already powered thousands of their meetings.

Arvo was founded by Kunal Valrani (previously an investment banker and investor at The Raine Group) and Umer Haider (a software engineer at Capital One, StubHub and GrubHub).

Institutional memory, compounded

Meetings are where some of the highest-value information in finance is created yet much of it never makes its way back into the systems where deal teams actually work. Arvo will bring that layer to Rogo, so the context generated in every diligence call, management meeting, sourcing conversation, or client review can flow directly into Rogo, Intelligence, and the deals your team is executing.

Inside Rogo, that context becomes actionable: a diligence call feeding the deal room, a management meeting updating the tracker, or a client conversation landing in the CRM the same day it happens.

The Future of Finance

Alongside Rogo Deal Room and Felix, Arvo means the critical knowledge a firm generates in a meeting becomes the same knowledge its agents draw on in the model, the memo, and the next call.
