Announcing Rogo's Partnership with Datasite

We are pleased to announce a partnership with Datasite, bringing live data room content directly into Rogo and expanding what deal teams can accomplish with AI across the transaction lifecycle.

With the Datasite connector, Rogo customers can securely connect an active Datasite project and immediately put the information in the room to work. Teams can diligence an entire data room, analyze a specific folder, or ask questions of an individual document, with answers cited directly to the underlying source.

But the opportunity extends well beyond search and diligence. Financial professionals can use live data room content across the work that surrounds a transaction: drafting diligence summaries and IC memos, building financial models and valuation analyses, preparing for management meetings, maintaining diligence trackers, and creating ongoing process updates for deal teams and clients. Rogo can combine information from Datasite with a firm’s internal knowledge, public filings, market data, news, and other licensed sources to give teams a more complete and current view of the transaction.

Datasite has spent decades powering the data rooms behind complex transactions across M&A and capital markets. Investment banks, private equity firms, and corporate development teams around the world rely on its security, governance, and transaction infrastructure. Bringing Datasite into Rogo gives those same teams a direct connection between the data room where deal information lives and the Rogo platform, where they increasingly analyze information, build materials, and execute work.
